  We take great care in packaging your orders.

  However, if you receive a product that is visibly damaged or if we have sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel:

  If you receive a wrong item, a damaged product, or an incorrect order, we will provide a full refund via original payment method (credit card / FPX / e-Wallet)
