1. What is the maximum capacity of the event room?

2. What kind of events can be held in the event room?
There are a lot of events that can be held in our Penang event room. For instance meetings, training, lecture, talk, workshop, conference, marketing, interview, tuition class, seminar and many more.

4. Is there a deposit required to reserve the event room?
No deposit is required to obtain a booking for Penang training room rental.
5. What is the cancellation policy?
All payments are non-refundable. You are allowed to reschedule your room bookings subject to availability. A notice of at least 14 days or more is required if you decide to change the date of your bookings.
6. Can we rent on weekend and holiday?
Yes, Penang training room rental are available on weekday, weekend and public holiday between 9am and 11pm. Training room rental rates are subject to change without prior notice.
7. What are the facilities and amenities included?
We are providing high-speed WiFi, portable projector screen, whiteboard, laser pointer, speaker, microphone, flip chart, etc.
8. What are the training room layout available?
We can customize room layout for you including classroom arrangement, theater style, u-shaped style, group discussion arrangement, etc.
